Text Messaging Terms
- Program. Ghirardi Agency Client Texts is a text messaging program operated by Ghirardi Agency, 10620 Business 21, Hillsboro, MO 63050. Messages include appointment and account review reminders, policy service updates, renewal, billing, and payment reminders, claims follow-ups, and replies to your questions. If you separately opt in, you may also receive occasional promotional messages about coverage options, discounts, and agency news.
- Opting in. You may opt in by checking the optional text message box on our contact form, by texting START to 636-535-2428, or by giving consent to our team in person or by phone. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
- Cancel anytime. Reply STOP to cancel. You’ll receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent. To rejoin, reply START or sign up again.
- Help. Reply HELP for assistance, or call 636-797-5800.
- Message frequency may vary based on your account activity.
- Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you and from you. Contact your wireless provider for details about your plan.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy. See our Privacy Policy. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data and consent are not shared with or sold to third parties.
- Do not text sensitive information such as Social Security, bank account, or card numbers. Please call the office for anything sensitive.
